Cole Robert Smith FINALLY arrives!!!
Here are some pictures from the BIG day! After almost 40 hours of on and off again labor, Cole finally arrived at 9:15 on Tuesday the 18th of November. He weighted 8 lbs 12 oz and was 20 1/2 inches long. As many of you know he was born at home. We labored in the tub for hours and got out of the tub for the delivery. Cole did great during the labor and no problems with the ever changing positions. He are some pictures:

What an experience! I am so glad I was here to meet him minutes after his birth.

ok i just can't get over this last picture..you look so happy and at ease... you just had a baby at home and with no meds?! what the...you are one tough woman! ps. he's so cute! hope you enjoyed our lil gift
