Bath Video

Not the best place to sit..

This is how I found Addie this morning, after I had put a load of laundry in the washer. If you are wondering, yes that is a rash gaurd you wear in the pool. She LOVES this "shirt" and requests to wear it all the time. She actually wore it to Starbucks this morning. I'm not going to stiffle her creativiity :) And why fight a battle not worth fighting with a toddler.

Halloween Costume

Here is the one part of Addie's costume she will put on...... Hopefully, by Halloween we can get the rest on her....

Baking Cookies

Here is Addie baking her 1st cookie. This was cookie baking with training wheels. All she had to do was put them on the pan...Next step will be to decorate with sprinkles. Grandma will be proud, as she loves to bake cookies. Grandma has big plans on doing Christmas baking while she is her helping out with the baby.

Here is what Addie looked like after writing on the walls with a highlighter. I was too pi$$ed to see the humor in it, so I cleaned off the walls before taking a picture. RELAX MOMMA, its only marker!! It came off the wall and really wasn't that big of a deal....

Nest for TV watching

Addie is in LOVE with this Elmo video, that has to do with potty training. We haven't even started that whole deal, but I put the video in since it was Elmo and now she requests watching it 10000 times a day. So here she is laying on the floor watching it. The comforter and bedskirt are being donated to Goodwill, but she realized that they would make a comfortable "nest" to hang out in...

New Furniture

We bought some things for our living room. The rug is new and so it the electric fireplace and the vertical lighting. Now all Robert has to do is paint... Maybe he can do that when he takes FMLA, when the baby is born.

1st childhood illness

Ok - well it's not TOO major. Addison had roseola last weekend. It's a high fever and then followed by a rash. You only get it once in your life, so I guess we can check that one off of the list. She felt really bad last Sunday and just wanted to be held. She even fell asleep on me, which never happens. Robert took last Monday off of work to help me with Addie incase she was still not felling well. She woke up Monday morning like her usually self. So we just had a fun day playing at the park and running errands.

At my parent's house there are tons of deer. We usually NEVER feed them, but a mother will do anything for a photo op....

ROAD TRIP

Robert, Addie and I drove to Colorado last week to pick up our pop-up camper. Addie did amazing in the car. We bought lots of little toys and such to keep her occupied. We also stopped every two hours or so. We are super proud of her! Here are some pics from the stops along the way.

Big Girl Bed

Well, we are starting on getting Addie into a big girl bed, as we hope not to buy another crib when the baby gets here. So here she is showing us how she can get down.

Baby's Room

The painting is finished in the babiy's room. Here are some pictures. We will hopefully be moving the changing table out of Addison's room, to make room for her "big" girl bed sometime this weekend. So cross your fingers that that process goes well. We will have her crib and a full size bed in her room for alittle bit, so she can adjust. Let's hope it makes it easier :)

Yummy Plum

We got our produce from the organic co-op on Saturday and Addie couldn't wait to dig in. She took my plum and ate the whole thing. I had to wrestle it back from her to get the pit out of it, before she ate that too.
